    The answer to your question is no. Please don’t consider using a theme or plugin that breaks the WordPress admin side. If a theme or plugin does this then it also indicates that the coding of this product is very poor which means it probably has other security holes that you don’t want to keep on your site.     Besides, in the future you will continue to have issues with any other plugin(s) that you may install with this theme.

    The plugin is telling you what the error is. See the following line:

    “The download link (see browser address bar) has been used too many times”

    This means you are using a link more than the number of times it is permitted to be used. Why do you say you have corrupted content message? Have you check your “Download Limit Count” settings in eStore? Maybe increase that number or disable that and only keep time limited option?

    Please make sure you do not have the “Login Restriction by IP Address” option enabled in eMember or check the number in there. Also check the blacklist section (Members -> Manage blacklist) to make sure that this customer is not there.

    Both the code and the shortcodes work but you have mistakes in your code. You understand that it is not our job to fix someone else’s code right? When we see someone struggling with the code we recommend them to use the shortcode as you can’t really make mistakes with them (not sure how this recommendation is insulting).

    The PDF stamper will need specific customer information which is only available at the time of purchase so the manual link generation from the admin functions menu can’t stamp the PDF file. We can add another option that will allow you to specify some text at the time of link generation. This text will be stamped in the file (Similar to the manual PDF stamping function) and then it will generate the encrypted link.

    The most obvious thing to check is to make sure that you do not have any WordPress user with that email address (eMember will check both the WordPress users and eMember’s member data to make sure that the user is unique). You can easily import a WordPress user into eMember without having to register again.

    1. First do the following:

    2. After you install a fresh copy of the plugin start from the settings menu and re-adjust your settings.

    3. Edit the membership related pages (example: login page, registration page etc.) and correct them according to the documentation.

    The first issue would be related to the database not being in UTF-8 format. Can you please post a sample hebrew Name here so I can do some testing?

    Please post a link to the page where you have the issue so I can check the code and see if there is any JavaScript incompatibility.

    1. Are you on a shared hosting?

    2. How much RAM memory is available to your PHP applications? Your hosting provider will be able to answer this for you.

    3. How big are the PDF files in question?

    You mentioned that these items are free downloads? You can just place Secure Download Now Buttons for these items on a page so that a customer doesn’t have to add all of them in the cart. They can just download the items they want.
