Shortcodes ultimate and estore plugin compatibility?

Just wondering if anyone has used the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin on a site with eStore installed?

When I activate the shortcodes plugin, it changes the layout of my products when displayed using this eStore shortcode: [wp_eStore_fancy_display id=1 type=1 style=2 show_price=1]

Any ideas on why this may interfere?

Please post a link to the page where you have the issue so I can check the code and see if there is any JavaScript incompatibility.

I might have to put it on a test site. If I activate the ultimate shortcodes plugin on my live site it messes up my products even when I am not using any of the ultimate shortcodes.
