eStore – Collect Details page header & menu are distorted

Hello. I’m using the eStore plugin with Payment Gateway Bundle plugin. When I activated the plugins, the Payment Details page was created for me. The only problem is that the header and menu are being distorted — the menu items are being shifted downward, out of the header region.

Collect Details is the only page on my site that the header and menu are distorted.

(Compare with my homepage, for example:lucyadigital.com)

I have tried every formatting trick that I can imagine, but I can’t resolve the issue.

Please let me know if I can provide any other info that would give a clue to the problem. Thank you.

Does your theme use the pure CSS library? It maybe conflicting with the pure CSS form we are using in the collect details page.

I’m using the Ocean WP theme, with Ocean Extra plugin.

I’m also using the Elementor page builder, which seems to use Font Awesome CSS.

Maybe this info doesn’t help, but I can say that the Ocean WP has the ability to disable any CSS snippet. Should I disable any Pure CSS code?

Yes, please try disabling the Pure CSS from the theme on that particular page.

I tried disabling all CSS controls from the page, but none were successful in fixing the menu.

At this point I believe my only choice is to disable the header on my Collect Details page. Unless you have another suggestion?

I can’t think of any good solution for this. So yeah please remove that menu from that page. That page will be fine without the menu since it only collects the transaction details then redirects to the thank you page.
