I just purchased the plugin and installed it via the uploader on WP v 4.91. All seemed to work ok. The customer input section showed up on the shopping cart and I was able to fill it in. However, I had to remove the plugin immediately because I was unable to click the PayPal checkout button. When clicked, nothing happened. Once I deleted the Customer Input section from the cart, it worked fine and I was able to make the purchase via PayPal. Is there something else I need to do to get it to work? Hopefully you can help without me adding the Customer Input to the cart again. Because when I do, no one can make a purchase!
There maybe some JavaScript errors on the site which is making the customer input addon’s JavaScript code from working correctly. Please share a link to the page where you have the add to cart button so I can inspect it.
I purchased the customer input plug-in and it worked like a champ briefly (the first four orders were fine), but now, while it still adds the input fields to the Shopping Cart at checkout, the “required” feature is not being enforced (it just goes directly to paypal when the fields are left empty), and even worse, no information is being passed even when the fields entries are made. I’m at a loss. We will now have to contact each purchaser to get the information we bought the add-on for, if we even can.
Please help!

Most likely there is a JavaScript error on the site now. I tried to inspect the webpage but it asks me to log into the site.
Please do the following check to see if you have any JavaScript error on this site. Any JS errors will prevent that addon from working correctly:
