(This is for E-Member, not the store. Sorry, don’t know how to change that setting!)
I created a login for test.scshiur.org. It is not a money-making site so all members register for free and I would all members to have access to everything once logged in. I have not been successful in figuring out how to allow all pages to all of my free members. I checked off all the boxes in Manage content protection for free members and checked off all the boxes to be protected under “General protection”. However, when I log in, the content is still blocked.
I tried setting the Manage content protection settings from on the pages themselves but I don’t see the option on the page even though I checked the box for “eMember Protection options”.
How can I successfully allow all pages to be viewed by members?
Thanks in advance for your help.

November 4, 2019 at 3:19 pm #79029AdinahMemberHi, I have a site that sends out weekly emails of a certain post through MailChimp using RSS feed. The email is showing that people have to login to view the content of the email. I set the general post url to be excluded from the sidewide lockdown:scshiur.org/schedule/ but how do I allow all posts under that category to be allowed? For example:scshiur.org/schedule/monday-morning-october-28-29-tishrei/
November 4, 2019 at 10:56 pm #79030adminKeymasterI don’t understand what you are asking here. Which feature of the plugin are you referring to?
November 7, 2019 at 3:38 pm #79031AdinahMemberI am referring to the “Enable Site Wide/Domain Level Lockdown” in Settings. I have a custom post type “https://scshiur.org/schedule/”. I would like anything that is a “schedule” post type to be unlocked for all visitors.
I tried setting this up by putting in the url where it says:
“Add URL patterns (example, /category1/sub-category/) separated by comma that will be excluded from the lockdown when this feature is enabled.” but it is still blocked. Here is the page I am trying to allow: scshiur.org/schedule/monday-morning-november-11-13-cheshvon/.
Is that more clear?
November 8, 2019 at 2:12 am #79032adminKeymasterSince it is a custom post type, I will need to see what that plugin or theme (offering the custom post type) is doing. They maybe executing it in a way that prevents our plugin from hooking into the URL there. I will send you an email to get access so I can check it out.
