eStore – (exclude) Taxations on International sales via manual checkout.

Hello,

I would like to implement taxes on my sales, but only when a person is from the country that my business is operating in. If it’s an international sale, the tax should be excluded. I found a similar topic from 8 years ago that solved the issue using PayPal and its ability to tax according to location. Since I am using the manual checkout option, this is not available for me.

Is there a way to include tax only when the purchase is being made in my own country? I’m currently operating in Indonesia, using a 10% VAT (other than just instructing my customers to just not pay the tax if they’re not in Indonesia).
