Here is the error I get when I try to view the Album or Gallery Page from the Pages section of my wordpress backend.
Failed to load plugin url: yasmeenphoto.com/wp-content/themes/skylab/inc/tinymce/langs/en.js
Based on articles I read in the forum, I already switched to a different theme and it seemed to work, so I know there is a problem with my theme being compatible with the plugin, which is annoying because I specifically tried to check that and it said it was compatible with all themes. The question is – is there a server adjustment that I could possibly make to make the theme and the plugin work together. What are the server requirements for this plugin to work? Since I’ve paid for this plugin, and I’ve built my entire site for that theme, I’m not inclined to get rid of either one of them.

Which version of wordpress are you currently running?
Have you also tried doing a plugin conflict test? ie, Leave your theme active but deactivate the other plugins except photo seller to see if maybe one those might be indirectly causing a conflict.
November 24, 2019 at 1:44 am #80113adminKeymasterAlso, have you updated your theme to the latest version? At the moment it looks like the following file is missing from your theme:
/wp-content/themes/skylab/inc/tinymce/langs/en.js
I don’t think this is a conflict with our plugin. It looks more like the one of the theme’s files got deleted.
November 25, 2019 at 7:22 pm #80114yandersonMemberI am on WordPress 5.3.
My theme is also updated too.
November 26, 2019 at 12:07 am #80115adminKeymasterIf you try to load the following JS file form your theme (just copy and paste the URL in your browser’s address bar), why does it give a 404 error?
yasmeenphoto.com/wp-content/themes/skylab/inc/tinymce/langs/en.js
That file has nothing to do with our plugin. It is a file of your theme. That file is missing at the moment. Is this a required file of the theme that the theme is trying to load then fail and producing the error?
I am trying to understand which theme or plugin on your site is using that file and why. Our plugin doesn’t use that file.
November 26, 2019 at 12:14 am #80116yandersonMemberI don’t know – I reloaded the theme from the original download in case something got messed up along the way, but it’s the same thing. I am trying to get in touch with the theme people to figure out what that file is – technical issue with that is that a bunch of my old emails got deleted off my server and I don’t have any of the info they sent me except for the download zip – working on contacting them.
But just in case this has something to do with my server settings – what are the requirements for my server to run this plugin? I remember seeing a page somewhere from someone else who was having issues and now I can’t locate it again. That way I can make sure that at least that part is covered while I’m trying to reach the theme people.
November 26, 2019 at 12:19 am #80117adminKeymasterIf you are using the latest version of WordPress and your server has something like 256 MB of PHP memory limit, our plugin should work fine. If you have a lot of large images then you want the PHP memory limit to be higher.
It is also worth doing the following theme test:
