MemberHi, thanks for that, I have read that and watched the videos too, but Ive still got the same problem which is that I havent got a .zip file and this is the format in which uve gotta upload it. Ive just got a folder (wpcartforrdigitalproducts) and loads of .php files inside that. In fact when i downloaded it wasnt a zip file (im on a mac if that makes a difference?).
Sorry im sure this is a noob problem, this is my first time doin this. Thanks again for responding

ModeratorThat “folder” *is* the contents of the zip file. Perhaps, in the excitement to install the product, you extracted the files and accidentally deleted the zip file? In either case, simply copy the folder to the WordPress plugin directory and continue with the setup steps.

MemberHi – what is described in this thread is exactly what I experienced.
I’m on a mac and the files I downloaded were already “unzipped.” I cannot find any compressed or zipped files (just many .php files, etc.). As you mentioned earlier in this thread, I understand that these are the unzipped contents.
When you say “copy the folder to the WordPress plugin directory” where is that directory? I attempted to “select all” when uploading in the wordpress dashboard (add plugin), but was unable to copy all of them to be uploaded.
I’m sure this is probably simple … I’m just not sure what to try next.
Thanks for your help!

MemberHi,
Please watch the installation video in this link.
Look for the 2nd method explained in it which will answer your questions (it shows you how to install using a FTP client where you don’t need the zip file):
