Download file cannot be opened error message

Hello, How come I am getting the “Download file cannot be opened. Please let us know. Thank you!” when I click on my download links?

I have multiple download links for my product (separated by commas). These links are hosted at Amazon S3.

Any help is appreciated.

The files hosted at S3, are you using the eStore S3 integration feature?

P.S. You need eStore 4.8.x or above to use this feature.

Hello, I have the file stored at S3, I have tried both with and without the integration feature, and I am suddenly getting this same problem too.

To use the S3 integration feature, you need eStore version 4.8.x or higher.
