ModeratorI know this sounds like a silly question, but does your server meet the minimum requirements for this plugin? The above link also will direct you to a test plugin you can use to determine this.

Reinstalling the plugin should be okay. Just follow these instructions…

Remember to deactivate the plugin first, before deleting & reinstalling.

ModeratorAh, so the user ends up having to rename the file back to a .jpg extension…
I’m not a Nextgen expert, but it seems that this behavior should be configurable. Have you tried the Nextgen support forum?

Moderator1. How large is the file?
2. What program did you use to create the file?
3. How much memory is allocated for PHP?

ModeratorDO NOT use the built-in uploader/installer of WordPress…

Please manually upload the zip file to the server, and follow the above referenced installation instructions. If you are using FTP, please remember to use the binary transfer mode.

ModeratorAt this time, the best advice is to use an external script to synchronize the database with the actual file names.
wzp
ModeratorYou must manually upload the plugin to your server. You cannot just let WordPress install it from the download link. When uploading to your server, if you are using FTP, you must use the “binary” transfer mode.
wzp
ModeratorPlease read & follow these installation instructions…

Note that these instructions do not involve using WP to upload the file, but a manual upload instead.

ModeratorWhat is the “it” that is telling you the directory already exists? You may need to contact your hosting provider to figure out why you can’t see the directory, if the directory already exists, but you can’t delete it.
In the meantime, you can still try downloading a fresh copy of the plugin.

ModeratorYou may need to have your license key reset. Please follow the advice in this thread…

ModeratorOne or files may have been corrupted. Could you please try deleting the eStore plugin directory, and then download and install a fresh copy of the plugin from this URL…

wzp
ModeratorSince you can get “another” eStore short code to work, but not “this one” I think Amin might want to investigate the problem more; because it may be a genuine problem that needs fixing. He may ask to take a look at your system, when he gets in.
wzp
ModeratorSo, if the eStore short code is outside the eMember nest, it works, even on that same page? Do *other* short codes work, if you nest them?
