Please post a link to the page so I can go and view the HTML source. If you have modified some code or a file got corrupt it is a good idea to get a fresh build of the plugin from here and try it out:
June 12, 2011 at 1:45 pm #33248chrishudsonSpectatorI have only changed the css files. I have not changed anything as I am not even really experienced at all of this stuff. Also not only am I having a problem with the above listed questions, but now when using iE8 when I view my site and go to where my products are listed there are no buttons. In Safari and firefox everything is fine. The site is http://golflessonacademy.com/proshop
Please help.
Thanks,
Chris
June 12, 2011 at 1:49 pm #33249chrishudsonSpectatorAll shopping cart buttons are displaying in google chrome as well. If a do a fresh install does this mean I have to do the whole site set up again?
Thanks,
Chris
June 12, 2011 at 5:19 pm #33250wzpModeratorIf you think the issue is related to your CSS, try this…

Reinstalling the plugin should be okay. Just follow these instructions…

Remember to deactivate the plugin first, before deleting & reinstalling.
June 12, 2011 at 5:51 pm #33251chrishudsonSpectatorHello,
Please tell me this is not a guess and is actually founded on some thought. Isn’t this your plugin? I do not mean to sound rude but I need solutions. The reason I got your plugin was very simple. When you buy something you expect it to work the way it has been described. I know your products work with the template I am using which is why I purchased it in the first place. Is there any thing else that you can do to answer my question instead of just pointing me to another post about something you think it might be. I do not have time as I needs some answers. Again I am not trying to sound rude put I need some help.
Thanks,
Chris
June 12, 2011 at 10:09 pm #33252chrishudsonSpectatorHello Moderator,
I have done everything you have suggested and I still am having issues. I have reinstalled all of the plugins. I can not get the affiliate to embed on a page, it only stays in stand alone mode. Even when following directions correctly. When viewing in IE8 all my buttons for the cart disappear. Everything else is there just no buttons. It seems to be working (buttons) in all other browsers except for IE8 & 9. I just can not figure it out. Please advise.
Chris

This is what the affiliate looks like even though I have it embedded in the page itself.

I am really sorry about all of this stuff as I am kind of stressed out about meeting the launch deadline for this site. I hope you will accept my apology if it comes across that I have been being rude or demanding in any way.
Thanks for your time.
June 13, 2011 at 1:39 am #33255amin007ParticipantThe “register_view.php” file looks corrupted to me. I will send you an email to get site access so I can jump on your site and take care of this.

Chris
