I purchased wp-store over a year ago. There are several new features with the new version. How can I can the latest version?

If you used the automatic upgrade request, it is instantaneous. If you used the manual upgrade request, about 24 hours.

I did the manual, but I’ve got the update. I thought the new update had the authorize.net gateway integration. But I don’t see it in the gateway options. Am I missing something?
