Ok, now there isn’t any problem.
If the problem will come in the future, i will contact my hosting provider.
But now, why there isn’t any problem from the change of the pdf file !
DO you know why ?
And, where can i find my php.ini file…i’m using WordPress.
Thank you very much for help.
April 20, 2011 at 10:28 am #31540wzpModeratorA PDF file contains many complex data structures. The act of recreating the file may have rearranged the structures “just enough” so that the amount of PHP memory required to stamp it, is within the limits of your server’s configuration.
April 20, 2011 at 3:12 pm #31541marc marcMemberBut, where can i find the entry called “memory_limit” in the Php.ini file ?
I’m using wordpress.
I need help, please!
April 20, 2011 at 6:52 pm #31542wzpModeratorAsk your hosting provider to tell you how to setup a PHP.ini file. The location, name and even if you’re permitted to do it vary from one provider to another.

An other question :
can I delete all the files wich are stamped and stored in “/ www / website.com / wp-content / plugins / wp-pdf-stamper / stamped-files”…in my FTP ?

April 21, 2011 at 11:05 am #31545wzpModeratorYes, with the following caveat: Ensure the buyers have downloaded their files first, or else you will receive complaints of “file not found” from them.
July 6, 2011 at 9:47 am #31546leirpollMemberI have the PDF stamper and the WP eStore. I get the Squeezer page to work – meaning I get them to send an e-mail with a download link. But the link is dead, and the user gets this message: “Download file cannot be found. Please let us know. Thank you!”
When trying to manually stamp a PDF, I get this message: “An error occurred while trying to stamp the file! Message: Cannot open ! Error Code: 1”
Of course, there is no stamped file, so that’s why the error code for the user is generated.
The PDF file already has a top text. Could that cause a problem like this?
July 6, 2011 at 11:14 am #31547wzpModeratorPlease ensure that the original PDF file does not have any password protections. Also, p,ease try to stamp another; simple test file, to preclude the possibility that the problems are related to the kind of content in the file. Also, please be mindful that very large files may also cause problems.
July 6, 2011 at 11:14 am #31548leirpollMemberSorry – my bad. Messed up the URL to the source file. Now it works!
July 7, 2011 at 1:00 am #31549wzpModeratorAugust 19, 2011 at 5:47 pm #31550motaviMemberI am getting this error:
Warning: get_headers() [function.get-headers]: Failed to enable crypto in /home/motavi/public_html/indianpaintballsupply.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/wp_pdf_stamp_utility_functions.php on line 0

Error! Message: Cannot open ! Error Code: 1
The URL that you specified in the “URL of the source file” field does not seem to be a valid URL! It seem to be giving a 404 error! Please check this value again:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/Paintball/WholeBigFieldGuide.pdf
An error occurred while trying to stamp the file!
Message: Cannot open ! Error Code: 1
the URL is correct, please help. thank you
August 19, 2011 at 8:11 pm #31551wzpModeratorWith PDF Stamper, the source file must, unfortunately, reside on the host server.
