This is not the normal behaviour of the plugin (which is why I asked you to do the theme testing). I believe your theme doesn’t have the proper markup. So the plugin is not being able to locate the position inside the page.

It turned out that Authorize.net AIM returned the following errors:
Response Code: 3
Response Subcode: 2
Response Reason Code: 13
Response Reason Text: The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.Well, the error was returned by Authorize.net AIM server. So there is definitely something wrong with your setup.

Hi, the shortcode uses HTML iframe to display external page content. Unfortunately you can’t display the same page within the page you are viewing from (iframe doesn’t work like that).
