I have the plugin working BUT when I click on the image and the pop-up appears and displays the embedded Youtube video, the web-site page that I’m on jumps to the top of the page in the background. When I dismiss the pop-up, the page returns to where I was before I clicked on the image. The problem is that if there is some animation at the top of the page, this distracts from the embedded Youtube video that’s playing.
Is there some way to prevent this behaviour? I really just want the pop-up to appear exactly where I click it and without the page changing positions.
Below are all the configuration details – including the short-code configuration that I’m using.

January 29, 2014 at 11:35 pm #60569wpCommerceModeratorHi, Can you please switch to a different theme (example: Twenty 12) and see if it happens:

January 30, 2014 at 7:54 am #60570BounceLearningKidsMemberUnfortunately, I don’t have the ability to do that. Is this behaviour as I’ve described not supposed to be happening?
January 30, 2014 at 11:38 pm #60571wpCommerceModeratorThis is not the normal behaviour of the plugin (which is why I asked you to do the theme testing). I believe your theme doesn’t have the proper markup. So the plugin is not being able to locate the position inside the page.
We will see if we can give you a workaround using CSS. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
May 12, 2014 at 11:53 pm #60572PatrickSpectatorWhat was the follow up to this issue? I am experiencing the same problem.
May 13, 2014 at 1:39 am #60573wpCommerceModerator@Patrick, which shortcode are you using? This is just a theme CSS issue that can be fixed using this tweak:
1. Install our WP Custom CSS plugin: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-custom-css-plugin-6413
2. Add the following CSS code to the settings menu of the plugin:
.fancybox-lock {
overflow: visible !important;
}May 13, 2014 at 2:34 am #60574PatrickSpectatorThat fixed it. Thanks.
