WP affiliate: customize entire layout and style

Hello,

I would basically like to entirely retheme the WP Affiliate program. I’d even like to add/change the layout…

I rather just create a bunch of my own page templates, create each page and assign the template, then copy/edit the functions to each template file. Then create my own nav. Is there any issue with security you foresee with this?

Or any other suggestions on how better to do this?
