eStore Additional Payment Gateway Bundle – Shipping options not pulling @PayPal

Howdy,

I just ordered and set up the additional payment gateway bundle, and am having a shipping amount issue.

In PayPal, I have specific values for shipping amounts based upon the country it is going to. Using the PayPal Pro option, which has the functionality to checkout on my site. Unfortunately, the shipping information from PayPal is not porting over.

Here is the relevant info:

WP 3.5.2

eStore 7.0.6

Is there a way to correctly set up the plugin to do this automatically?
