Hi, Do you have a subscription button on your site? If not then it’s not possible for the plugin to subscribe a customer to a Stripe plan. You can check what plan that customer was subscribed to in your Stripe account.

Hi, Unfortunately we don’t support private videos in our Amazon Cloudfront integration. If you wish to keep your videos private please try our Amazon S3 integration instead.
Thanks. I see a JavaScript setup error on that page. Do you have the Enable Amazon S3 Video Display option checked in the general settings (Settings > WP Lightbox > General Settings)?

@aarij, There is no product ID in Stripe that you can set. Each customer is subscribed to a plan that corresponds to your eStore product. The plan ID contains the ID of the eStore product.

Hi, It goes to a 404 (not found) page. Do you have Autoplay slideshow option enabled in the prettyPhoto settings? If so please disable it.
@Barbara, This is actually a different error. Stripe made some changes in their latest API version 2018-08-23. We have updated our payment gateway bundle addon to make it compatible with these recent changes. I have sent a copy of the updated addon to your registered email address for testing. You can use the “poster” parameter in the shortcode to show an image before the play button is clicked.
