Order ID not showing up in Stripe

Hi

I’m using the Payment Gateway Bundle. I have subscriptions that customers sign up for. I’m using Stripe Basic Settings. This is the eStore code that I’m using:

The product ID does not show up in Stripe. Please help.

I don’t know what information is needed to help with the debugging. I’m able to provide it.

I need to check this but I don’t think the product ID is suppose to go there. You check the product ID in estore’s admin menu. You can see all the incoming sales in the manage customers menu of estore.

@aarij, There is no product ID in Stripe that you can set. Each customer is subscribed to a plan that corresponds to your eStore product. The plan ID contains the ID of the eStore product.
