@icm, The addon is already in development.
Hi, It’s not a good idea to use the back button when you are already on the authorize.net payment page. Depending on the browser sometimes you might see an additional item or no item in the shopping cart.
However, There is an alternative option in the eStore settings – “Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout”. This will do the redirection in a different way and when your customers use the back button (while they are still being redirected) they will come back to your site.
Do you have any of these options enabled in the “General Settings”?
1. Enable MP4 Video Display
2. Enable Amazon S3 Video Display

It seems you have the subscription discount addon installed. In order for this addon to work the user is redirected to eStore-action page before the payment. Did you delete this page from your site?

Subscription shortcode creates a button for a particular payment gateway. So there won’t be any option to choose the payment type.
CSE key(Client-Side Encryption Key) field was empty in the Braintree addon settings. Entering a value fixed the issue.

The plugin doesn’t any show shipping information if the shopping cart contains only digital items.
Which payment gateway are you using? Try enabling the “downloadable” field for that product and see how it goes.
