Our test site has a copy of our live site running on it. I installed the eStore plugin and a set of addons before putting this on our live site.
The bulk quantity shipping addon seems to work fine on test (I’ve checked all the settings I can think of and made them the same on the live site). Unfortunately, on the live site when I add more than one of an item, the bulk shipping setting doesn’t take over – it adds the shipping per item.
If I delete all the discounts and product IDs, uninstall and then reinstall the plugin, the product IDs and settings are all still there (not removed from database on uninstall) so I can’t tell whether there is corrupt data elsewhere in the DB that might be affecting it.
Are there any other settings that could be different that are preventing the plugin from running on the live site?
