Hello, I’ve just purchased the eStore plugin and set it up on my my site today. I’m using WordPress 4.3 and the most recent version of the plugin. I downloaded the Braintree add-on plugin, set up the keys, and everything seems to be working normally… until I try to actually make a charge. After adding one item to my shopping cart (currently priced at $.01 for testing), I went to the Store Action page to enter my contact info and payment details, hit submit, and get all these errors:

There was an error with the transaction processing. Please see below for details

    – Validation errors

    – Merchant account does not support payment instrument.

    – Credit card type is not accepted by this merchant account.

    – Credit card number is required.

    – Credit card must include number, paymentMethodNonce, or venmoSdkPaymentMethodCode.

I don’t know where to begin since all of the information I entered was correct and in the correct format. Any insights, please?

Here’s where you can add an item to your cart and access the payment page: [https://forkmonkey.com/clubs/theoctopusroom/checkout-20151011/]

    Cheers,

    Derek

Hi, We will need to take a closer look at your site to investigate this issue. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.

CSE key(Client-Side Encryption Key) field was empty in the Braintree addon settings. Entering a value fixed the issue.
