Accepting both ARB and PayPal payments

We have the Payment Gateway bundle installed and are accepting recurring payments thru authorize.net successfully.

We now need to accept PayPal payments.

I believe we have WPeStore configured correctly (followng the videos and notes) but when we try to use the shortcode [wp_eStore_subscribe_button id=”13″] and a custom button we simply get a “page not found” … no PayPal.

We don’t want the user to choose which payment type, we want to offer them a specific button if they want to use PayPal for their recurring payment … else they button that we have setup and working for the ARB payment will be used.

Can we get clarification on …

(1) What needs to be configured in WPeStore and/or the Payment Gateway addon for also accept recurring payments in PayPal.

(2) What settings are required in PayPal itself.

(3) What shortcode we should be using for recurring/subscription payments (also, can we not use the same products we already have set up)

Hi, The shortcode looks alright. Please provide a link to the page in question so we can take a look.

Subscription shortcode creates a button for a particular payment gateway. So there won’t be any option to choose the payment type.

It seems you have the subscription discount addon installed. In order for this addon to work the user is redirected to eStore-action page before the payment. Did you delete this page from your site?
