Did you check entering the image URL in the browser before putting in the thumbnail URL field? Cause I just put one URL in the browser and it gave me a 404 error. Looks like the Thumbnail URL you have specified for all images are not correct.

After adding a product to the cart I clicked on checkout and it was trying to submit all the product information from – http://www.fudgenaround.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_payment_submission.php
You can see that there is a difference between the two URL. One has www and another doesn’t have.
we added product from the URL with no WWW but during checkout eStore is trying submit data from the 2nd URL (where no product has been added resulting an empty cart error). I guess you are using www version for WP URL and no www for the site URL. Please make sure the WP URL and the site URL are same in your General settings of WordPress.

If not logged in, there is no way the plugin can know if the person already has a membership and what his/her membership level is hence can’t upgrade to another membership level.
If the person is already subscribed to a membership, he/she needs to manually cancel the current subscription before upgrading to a new subscription (it doesn’t get auto cancelled).
You don’t have to have WP eStore for recurring payment. You can do it with Paypal subscription button as well. Please have a look at the following post on how to use plain PayPal button with WP eMember –
You can’t regenerate a download link for the stamped file as the customer information comes from the payment gateway but you can manually stamp the PDF file and send it to the customer via email.
“I have the post assigned to a category, either standard or premium” – Did you protect the category the post belongs to? If you protect the category which includes a post, the section protection of that post will not work ( as the category overrides all the small section protections in the post with the full protection)
Did you deactivate the plugin before uploading and activating the new one?
Just do a deactivate and reactivate which should sync up the database columns.
Nope, you can’t have a separate page for each member. It can only be done at a membership level. So each membership level can have a unique page and when a member that belongs to that membership level logs in he/she will be redirected to that page.
While creating a membership level in WP eMember, you can specify a different page URL for each membership in the “Redirect after login” field.
The easiest way to find out is to setup a demo with the setup you have in mind then test it using manual stamping.
Say, the ID of “My Products” category is 1. Now if you use the following shortcode it will show all the products of the “My Products” category –
