i just had a customer buy a product using 2checkout and it did not create a member/customer in my admin area. this is the first order using 2checkout and i went to 2checkout and the order IS legit. I’ve had orders pay via paypal and they generate the member/customer in admin perfectly. am i missing a setting?

Please run a test transaction using 2Checkout and send me the “eStore_post_payment_debug.log” file so I can check it out.
not sure how to run a test transaction.. should i create a $.01 product?? or is there a way to run a 2checkout test transaction..
Copy the product in question using the “Copy Product Details” feature then change the price to 0.01. Now use this product as a test product (It is just like your main product that you are selling for membership signup only the price is different).
There is an option in the plugin to run the full transaction in sandbox/testing mode but 2Checkout is not as robust as PayPal so when you run it in sandbox mode they don’t send the payment notification to the plugin (this only happens in live transaction unfortunately)
wow how frustrating again with this plugin.. i did everything you told me but when the product gets over to 2checkout, for some reason the price changes from $.01 to $.00 and won’t let me checkout. it’s clearly 1 cent on the website just before checking out and then when the 2checkout page comes up it shows 0 cents.

Looks like 2Checkout made the minimum transaction amount to be $1.00. I wasn’t aware that they made this change. So please try with $1.00
oh, and i did not appear on the customer list either – but the transaction went through at 2checkout fine.
