ModeratorHi, please provide the following details –
1. The exact shortcodes you are using.
2. A link to the page where you have the shortcodes embedded.
3. The version of the plugin you are using.

ModeratorOne of your plugins is including the jquery library in the wrong way –
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://003.mmpfilms.ch/wp-content/plugins/sliding-read-more/jquery-1.4.2.min.js"></script>Which has been already included using the proper WordPress enqueue function –
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://003.mmpfilms.ch/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.6.1'></script>Please have a look at the following post which will explain it –
Lightbox Ultimate – Clicking on the Anchor does not Display any Overlay
One more suggestion. The following shortcode is actually for displaying .mov video file in overlay.
[wp_lightbox_special_mov_video link="http://www.vimeo.com/26465340" width="720" height="405" source="http://003.mmpfilms.ch/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Trailer_play_new2.jpg" title="Weisser Horizont"]Even if the overlay dislpay is working for now you shouldn’t be using it. Please use either prettyPhoto, fancybox or colorbox shortcode to display vimeo video.
Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorHi, You are using the wrong format of the Video URL for the second shortcode. Please use the URL in the following way for the second shortcode:
[wp_lightbox_colorbox_video link="http://player.vimeo.com/video/26465340" title="Video title goes here" source="http://003.mmpfilms.ch/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Trailer_play_new2.jpg"]It is explained in the shortcode reference guide about how you should be using colorbox shortcode to pop up vimeo video. Please have a look at it if you are not sure:

ModeratorCan you Please post a link to the page where you have the shortcode emebedded? That will help me troubleshoot the issue.
What shortcode are you using?

ModeratorHi, I just had a look. You have two jquery.js files included on that page (they are coming from your theme or plugin I guess) –
https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.0/jquery.min.js
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.jsThat’s why there is a javascript conflict on that page and lightbox is not working. Two points to note:
1. jquery.js file shouldn’t be hard-coded to include on any page. Every theme or plugin developer should be using the proper enqueue function defined by WordPress (please have a look at the above link posted by amin007).
2. There will be only one jquery.js file on a page. Multiple jquery.js files will cause javascript conflict.
Please do the following test which will help you identify the issue:

ModeratorCan you please create a test user and send me the login details? Please also post the exact shortcode you are using. For now keep the FLV video public so I can test it out on my server.

ModeratorFlowplayer shortcodes were added recently and they are more robust. That’s why I recommended you to use Flowplayer to play any mp4,flv or mov files.
There are many video converting software out there. I don’t know which one to recommend. I’m sure you will figure out one.
You are granted the right to install the plugin on as many websites as you want, limited only to websites you own (so if you purchase it you can use it on your other sites. You can’t distribute the plugin to other people(e.g. your client). They will have to purchase it for their sites).

ModeratorI don’t think you have encoding issue anymore as the mp4 video on this page – “http://173.192.114.221/~wptest/test/” is working fine on my test server.
Can you please try any of the following shortcodes to see if it makes any change –
For Anchor Text:
[wp_lightbox_flowplayer_anchor_text_video link="http://173.192.114.221/~wptest/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/MAH00001.mp4" width="640" height="480" text="Click here to open the video"]For Anchor Image:
[wp_lightbox_flowplayer_video link="http://173.192.114.221/~wptest/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/MAH00001.mp4" width="640" height="480" source="http://www.visualmarketingmentors.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/trade_show_marketing_champion_logistics_group.jpg"]You need to have the “Flowplayer” checkbox enabled in the settings to use these shortcodes.
Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorPlease post a link to the page where you are using the shortcode. It usually happens when the player can’t find the video. You need to make sure that the video and bucket name are correct.
You can do the following steps which will help you resolve the issue-
First, keep the video public so that you can directly access it from outside. Now create a page and place the following shortcode –
[wp_lightbox_flowplayer_anchor_text_video link=”https://s3.amazonaws.com/your-bucket-name/your-video.mp4″ width=”640″ height=”480″ text=”Click here to open the video”]
Does the video play fine in overlay? If it does you can move to the protected shortcode.
Change the video to private again. Now use the following shortcode –
[wp_lightbox_flowplayer_anchor_text_protected_s3_video name=”your-video.mp4″
bucket=”your-bucket-name” width=”640″ height=”480″ text=”click here to open the s3
protected video”]
Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorHi, The above shortcode has a limitation. It can only display page content under the same domain. We have added another shortcode which will allow you to display any external page content. For example –
[wp_lightbox_anchor_text_display_external_page link=”http://garethtutorials.s3.amazonaws.com/WordpressTraining/WordpressTraining.html” width=”640″ height=”480″ title=”title goes here” text=”click here to open the external page”]
Please have a look at the “HTML Overlay Display Settings” section of the shortcode reference guide for more details:
You will also need a recent build of the plugin to use this shortcode. You can request for a plugin update here:
Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorI think you have some css issues on this page as I can’t view the page fully on Firefox.
I’ve tried copying your mp4 shortcode on my test site. It plays fine but I can only hear the sound. Can you please make sure that the mp4 you are using is properly encoded (not just with a .mp4 extension)?
Anyway, what version of the WP Lightbox Ultimate Plugin are you using?
