Cannot Get Plugin to Play MP4 or HTML

I just purchased plugin and followed all instructions correctly (i think). I set up short code for a mp4 and html video. On both occasions Anchor text libk showed correctlt but the url was not for the mp4 or the html video but a direct link to Home page of the site?? The html short link is below and the site is trafficmasterclass.com that is where the anchor text link is going to that url??

Hi, The above shortcode has a limitation. It can only display page content under the same domain. We have added another shortcode which will allow you to display any external page content. For example –

[wp_lightbox_anchor_text_display_external_page link=”http://garethtutorials.s3.amazonaws.com/WordpressTraining/WordpressTraining.html” width=”640″ height=”480″ title=”title goes here” text=”click here to open the external page”]

I received update and uploaded it. Unfortunately it is still the same. My Amazon S3 codes are placed in settings and i have followed instructions carefully but still the link goes to home page url and not the video link i placed in the short code? Im stuck and really need this working. Thank you
