Hi, That’s just a shortcode. When the page loads it will get filtered with a HTML code. The code is linked by either an anchor text or image (it depends on what shortcode you are using). Lightbox window gets triggered when someone clicks on the shortcode anchor.

Now if you have your own customized code that you want to trigger using lightbox that’s a different scenario. You will have to figure out a way to do that. The only thing that I can help you with is finding the HTML equivalent code for a shortcode:

Note: I believe your theme doesn’t have the wp_footer() call. Lightbox Ultimate plugin includes some additional JavaScript codes in the footer so it doesn’t affect your page load time.

Hi, You don’t need to use the postback script URL because the transaction data will be posted when you return to the site. Can you please check the wp_pg_debug.log file to see if the payment has been processed?

If everything seems fine you can check the eStore debug file (eStore_post_payment_debug.log) to see if the email is actually being sent with the download link.

I believe you need the embed the shortcode on a template file like the following:

I think you will have to use our inline HTML popup shortcode to do that. It also has an option to automatically pop up the content when a particular page (containing that shortcode) loads. Please take a look at the documentation for more information (2. Inline HTML Display in Overlay section):

Can you please make sure that the “Signature Key” you entered in the “Verotel Settings” is correct? If it’s not then the whole data submission will be invalid.

Hi, I don’t know what exactly is causing this issue. But we have made several changes to plugin. Please do the following:

1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).

2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).
