I have WP Lightbox – General Settings v1.7.5 and Optimize Press 1.5

Any of the different Lightbox formats are not working with Optimize Press Theme, except the HTML5.

What can I do to run the plugging with this theme?

Hi, There is most likely some JavaScript errors on your webpage. Please post a link to the page where you are having this issue so I can check the code and confirm.

    Here is the url… http://www.dominamarketing.com/lightbox-demo/

Note I’ve embebed 3 class of codes… Flowplayer, All Browsers compatible, and html5…

Only works the html5, but if you play the video an exit from light window, the video continue playing… You need to clic again, clic on stop or pause button. This should be so!

When I play the HTML5 video using Chrome, closing the lightbox immediately stops the video. However, when I close the lightbox using Firefox, the behavior stated by @rcerrada occurs; audio from the video continues to play.

Upon inspection of the video element under Firefox; it seems that it is using Adobe Flash to render the video.

Hi, This issue occurred after Firefox 13.0.1 was released. We already fixed it. Please do the following:

    1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).

    2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

    3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).

You don’t have to use the HTML5 compatible shortcode anymore. You can just use either a “All browser compatible” shortcode or a “flowplayer” shortcode. Both of them will take care of the HTML5 compatibility on the iOS devices.

Sorry, Still not working correctly :-(

I’ve upgraded this plugin following you instructions… Now when you clic on the video image, the plugin show the video bellow the video image, but not in a popover..

The plugin may be has a conflict with OptimizePress

I think the issue is related to flowplayer and it’s happening because there are two versions of “flowplayer.js” on the same page.

    One from Lightbox Ultimate:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.dominamarketing.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-lightbox-ultimate/lib/js/flowplayer-3.2.11.min.js?ver=3.4.2'></script>

    Another one from OptimizePress:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.dominamarketing.com/wp-content/themes/OptimizePress/js/flowplayer-3.2.4.min.js"></script>

Is there any option to turn off the “flowplayer.js” in the OptimizePress Settings?

I’m still having this problem after upgrading to v1.8.0. I’m not using OptimaizePress or flowplayer. I’m using the shortcode “wp_lightbox_html5_video”.

It is true that firefox is using flash even when I’m using the html5 shortcode. And true that Chrome doesn’t have this issue.

    Help!

Hi, After the 14.0.1 release Firefox now shows error for using HTML5 compatible “video” embed code. I think it’s better if you just use the flowplayer shortcode.
