Lightbox Ultimate – problem with ipad

the lightbox work perfectly well on my apple computer using mouse but does not work well using ipad. I use mp4 files.

If I click on the video picture the lightbox open and I can see the video but I can’t close the light box by touching the screen on the X of the lightbox or on the screen.

I have use many shotcode to try to fix this but nothing work.

I have activated in the lightbox setting the flowpower and the html5 setting

Hi, I don’t know what exactly is causing this issue. But we have made several changes to plugin. Please do the following:

1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).

2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).

Thank you, this update does work using the wp_lightbox mp4_video link

I can now close the the movie windows in iPad using the X or touching elsewhere on the site.
