    Hi,

    I have installed the verotel payment gatway plugin and the wp estore plugin. My store is all setup. When i go to make a payment im redirected to verotel site and this the message i get:

    Website configuration error

    We are sorry, but there was an error, possibly caused by incorrect settings on the website from which you are comming.

    Error: Invalid purchase signature

    I have contacted verotel and they told me that they are not familliar with this pluging and that i should contact you guys for help.

    I have followed the instructions that came with the verotel payment gateway plugin.

    Is there any other setting i need to change or do?

    Hi, Did you have the debug enabled in the Payment Gateway Bundle Settings? If so can you please share the content of the debug file (wp_pg_debug.log)?

    Hi, What version of Payment Gateway bundle are you using? Do you have a test page with the payment button so I can take a look?

    Can you please make sure that the “Signature Key” you entered in the “Verotel Settings” is correct? If it’s not then the whole data submission will be invalid.

    After your response i double checked and fixed the signature key problem. Now the problem is that the transaction goes trough and i see the success page, but i don’t receive an email with the link of the digital download. Also i checked the log from verotel and it seems that i need a postback script in order for the process to fully go trough.

    On the instructions on how to install the verotel flexpay bundle there is no indication of a postaback script url.

    Hi, You don’t need to use the postback script URL because the transaction data will be posted when you return to the site. Can you please check the wp_pg_debug.log file to see if the payment has been processed?

    If everything seems fine you can check the eStore debug file (eStore_post_payment_debug.log) to see if the email is actually being sent with the download link.

    Hi,

    Ok i looked at the logs and it is successfully sending the emails. I also downloaded the tester plugin and tested sending emails from WordPress and everything is in working order.

    Now when i go trough the purchase process everything is successful as well. I enter my info on verotel site, then i get to my success page. I go to my email account i receive emails from verotel stating the the payment was successfully received, but i don’t receive the email from wordpress.

    I dont know what else to try at this point….

    Thank you. Our plugin is definitely sending the email out. It’s getting lost between your server and the inbox of the customer.

    The following documentation is the only thing that can help you identify where it is getting lost:

    Use the following values in the email tester plugin to make sure the values you are using is not triggering a spam.

    To Email Address Value: sedeghi@hotmail.com

    From Email Address: copy paste the value from WP eStore settings -> From Email Address field

    First off thank you very much for your help, everything is working now.

    I have another question. Is there a limit on the amount of digital downloads that can be added to the cart?

    Because up to 6 downloads the process is done smoothly.

    At 7 downloads it goes to the Verotel site and i get this message:

    Website configuration error

    We are sorry, but there was an error, possibly caused by incorrect settings on the website from which you are comming.

    Error: Invalid fiels: description

    Hi, there is no mention of it in the documentation. We have contacted Verotel regarding this issue.

    Hi, Verotel confirmed that there is a 100 characters limitation on the description field. So we added a fix for this in the plugin. Please do the following:

    1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).

    2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

    3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).

    Let me know how it goes.
