Lightbox Ultimate and Primero theme

Hi I installed Lightbox Ultimate, and pretty much want to do what the How to embed protected videos from Amazon S3. or even unprotected, but it seem none of the functions are working with the theme I’m using.

I added the shortcode after setting everything up, but the image link shows up out of place, when you click on it nothing happens. If you add a text link, it’s added way down the page even is there is nothing else added to the page, and nothing pops up.

The thing I got to work somewhat was using this shortcode. In this case the link still shows up about 800px from the top. The video plays except in Internet Explorer, where it says unsupported video type even though its an mp4.

I was wondering it there was anything I could possibly do. Would you take a quick look and see if there is something obvious wrong. I’ve tried all sort of different arrangements in setting, with no lock.

Also would like to get the automatic pop up feature working. It said in one of the demo videos that it could that, but haven’t found out how to set that up.

Hi, I tested the videos on all major browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE). They are working fine.

However, you do need to fix the following error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) - [http://maxsteingart.com/wp/members/wp-content/themes/images/default.png]

If you directly enter the image URL in the browser address bar you will see the error.
