My site academiadoexito.com (eMenber, eStore, Affiliates Plugin instaled)
I created 20 live transactions through my site (buy buton) and all are listed in my PayPal IPN history. I also got emails from PayPal for each transaction.
There are no transactions listed in my WP eStore admin panel. Though PayPal shows 20 successful transactions, the sales stats say 0 (zero) and no customers were added.
I do not receive any WP eStore emails as vendor or buyer.
I’ve done everything I could find in the documentation and forum, but I’m still missing something. I could really use some help, please!
April 17, 2013 at 10:27 pm #55170adminKeymasterIt is likely that the eStore plugin is not receiving IPN from your PayPal account. We can easily find out where things are going wrong.
Please make a “Test transaction” with debug turned on to see what is going on. Please see this post to learn how to enable debug:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
If you see that your debug file is blank even after a transaction then go through this checklist which will help you fix the issue:

April 19, 2013 at 12:40 am #55172adminKeymasterThat confirms that IPN is not working. Have you gone through this checklist that I mentioned in my previous post?

If you go through it, it will help you find out why the PayPal IPN is not working on your site.
April 19, 2013 at 12:41 am #55173wpCommerceModeratorHi, can you please provide a link to your debug file too so I can check a few things?
April 22, 2013 at 1:57 pm #55174topogrupoMemberI receive this email:
Hello, Antonio Pinheiro,
Refer to the server that controls the instant payment notifications from PayPal (IPN). Failed to send IPNs to the following URL (s):
If you do not recognize this URL, it may be that you are using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Thank you,
PayPal
April 22, 2013 at 11:10 pm #55175adminKeymasterYour server is rejecting the PayPal IPNs. Read this post which has more details on it so you can chase your hosting provider and fix the issue on the server:
