I recently received an email from ccbill tell me that a customer tried to buy am membership but then was denied by the bank.
Them the eMember system sends me an email about a new paid member was added(even though he did not have a successful payment)
Is there a way to stop this from happening?
Hi, the plugin only records the customer if it’s a valid transaction. Did you check to see if the customer was added to the “Manage Customers” menu of eStore?
No, these customers were not added to eStore, just eMember.
we will need to take a look at the debug file to see what is happening. Can you please provide a link to your gateway bundle debug file as well as the email address of the member in question?
If you didn’t have the debug option enabled when this transaction happened please do the following:
1. Enabled debug in the eStore settings.
2. Enable debug in the Gateway bundle settings.
3. Do another test transaction.
