Peter
MemberPlease provide a link to the gallery with the issue.
Have you deleted any pages recently from your wordpress pages menu?
Peter
MemberAfter investigating your site I have found that this is not an issue with the plugin but instead user error.
The reason it wasn’t working is because in the popup window where you select the thumbnail image, there is a field called “Link URL” and you had the “none” button selected as default. You should click the “File URL” button and then click the “Select for album thumbnail” button and it will work.

MemberThat’s just a warning and it should not produce a 500 internal server error.
I will send you an email to get login details so I can take a look.
Peter
MemberWhat happens after you click the save album button? Do you see any errors?
Please enable debug for the photo seller:
Go to Settings and set “Enable Logging” to “yes”.
Then try the same test by creating and saving an album and let us know what logs you see.
Also please check your server log file and tell us if you see any errors or warning logs. (If you can’t find your server logs ask your host support to help you)

MemberA 500 internal server error is usually caused by very specific server issues. This usually requires the host support people to look into it.
Can you ask your host provider to troubleshoot this on their end and check the server logs and tell why the 500 error is occurring?
Based on their answer we will be able to better understand if there is anything we can do on our end.

MemberCould it works witn 128MB?
It may work but since you are on a shared server you’re fighting a losing battle really.
If your photos are very hi-res the more resources the server will need to perform resizing and watermarking etc.
Try that 128M setting and see how it goes.
I think you should be able to get a VPS plan for around $50/mth but you should do your due diligence and check what’s out there.
Peter
MemberThe processing of photos requires a lot of resources and a shared host is not going to provide those resources for you.
You should at the very least upgrade to a VPS server.

MemberHi again,
You didn’t get back to me regarding the following question:
Can you please check your general server logs to see if there are any php errors or warning related to this? (ask your host provider if you can’t find the server logs)
Did you check the server logs?
I think a clue to this problem might be contained in that log file.
(Note: the server logs are different to the photo seller logs which I have just checked.)
In addition, can you also ask check what is the value for the PHP memory_limit for your server?
If it is less than or equal to 128M can you ask your host provider to set it to 256M?
Peter
MemberI think first I’d like to see the zip file which is failing so I can try it on a test site.
I will contact you to get some details.

MemberWhich version of the plugin do you have?
Peter
MemberWe might need to log into your site to take a look.
Found out that although the server was set for 100mb uploads, the zip file stopped whenever the total amount of files exceeded the 20mb mark.
My educated guess is that it is during the processing of the photos where your site is failing.
This could be occurring during the unzipping of the file or during the photo processing, ie, watermarking and and resizing.
What type of server are you on – shared, VPS or dedicated?
Peter
MemberI think your server doesn’t have enough grunt and is stalling during the image processing stages.
In general, shared servers will not have enough resources to do the demanding processing which is required for images.
Can you please check your server log file and let us know if you see any PHP errors which are related this? (Ask you host provider if you don’t know how to find this file)

MemberIf i click Add to cart, the image must get added in the cart page and the client can proceed with the checkout. I am not trying to sell anything. I only need the information in an email about what are the images selected by the client.
I think you might have misunderstood the way this plugin works because it was built to sell photos. What you are trying to do is not possible with this plugin currently.
