Photo Seller:Album Thumbnail URL:

HI,

I am unable to make any albums as I cant import any images from the PC or the image gallery. It allows me to select one, select to make it an album thumbnail but then just goes back to the album page with no entry in the Album Thumbnail URL:

I dont receive any error messages and it has worked in the past

What happens after you click the save album button? Do you see any errors?

Please enable debug for the photo seller:

Go to Settings and set “Enable Logging” to “yes”.

Then try the same test by creating and saving an album and let us know what logs you see.

Also please check your server log file and tell us if you see any errors or warning logs. (If you can’t find your server logs ask your host support to help you)

when I click to add the image it goes back to the album page, then when I click to save it says : Please choose an album thumbnail image

There is nothing showing at all in the log.

I tried it after disabling all other plugins and its exactly the same.

I have asked my host to provide the server logs

I will log into your site tomorrow to take a closer look.

After investigating your site I have found that this is not an issue with the plugin but instead user error.

The reason it wasn’t working is because in the popup window where you select the thumbnail image, there is a field called “Link URL” and you had the “none” button selected as default. You should click the “File URL” button and then click the “Select for album thumbnail” button and it will work.

You likely not clicking the correct button when selecting your thumb.
