MemberThat’s quite easy to do – it is controlled by a checkbox.
To use the lightbox, just go to the settings page for that gallery and turn off the Preview Photo via Page checkbox.

MemberThese two issues are not related:
1) “Orders is only showing 2011-2015, no 2016.”
2) “I am receiving payments and notifications through Paypal, but no email notifications from the plugin.”
The first one is minor and trivial so let’s address the second one.
Can you provide the link to your site’s gallery page?
Can you check the following settings in your paypal account:
Log in to your paypal acct and go to “Website Payment Preferences”.
What are your settings set to for the following?
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer (optional)” (we recommend you enable this)
3) Find the “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” setting. Is it enabled? If not please enable this feature.
Do you have debug enabled for the photo seller?
If not please enable it from the settings menu.
Did you do a test purchase before going live and did it successfully complete?
Are any orders at all showing in the photo seller orders menu page or are all transactions not being processed by the photo seller?

MemberOk I have looked at your gallery page and I was able to successfully add an item to the cart.
I couldn’t see any issues. Can you please provide more info on what the problem is?

I think there is something wrong with your page or site. After I try to enter the password I get an error: “The connection was reset”
Can you confirm that you are able to see that page from your browser? (Try with a browser where you are not logged into wp)

MemberIt is very likely that your server’s lack of memory and resources is causing this.
For starters, your php memory_limit (61M) is not enough. You need to set this to at least 128M but preferably 256M.
Also note that shared servers will generally struggle with the heavy lifting required for photography related tasks because resizing and watermarking photos is very resource and CPU intensive.

How much php memory_limit do you have?
What is the average size of the photos in the zip file?
Are you on a shared server?

Can you enable debug for the photo seller?
After you do that can you please provide a link to your gallery so I can try a test purchase?

You can get the plugin download automatically:

Naturally you will need to enter the correct info if you want it to work.
Just in case, I have sent you a zip file via email manually.
