I received a notice from paypal that a order was placed. However, when I go to the plugin “Order” section the summary does not show 2016 in the drop down list. It shows 2011-2015. I can’t see the order that was placed January 2, 2016 and therefore can’t select shipped for that customer. Please Advise,Thanks!

Did you also receive a notification email from the plugin? If not then it is likely something went wrong during the purchase event and the plugin probably never registered the sale.
Can you please ask your client what type of browser they used?
Can you also enable debug for the photo seller? (go to settings page and scroll to bottom)
Then create a test gallery with price of $0.01 and send the link so I can try a test purchase.
January 7, 2016 at 11:26 pm #72238dtrainMemberNo I did not receive notification from the plugin.
Don’t know the browser that was used, but I will try to find out.
I enabled debugging. If paypal testing is “yes” will that prevent any possible sales from processing?
Here is a link to test.

FYI, the Reports page has the current month/year, but does not show the recent sale.
January 8, 2016 at 1:10 am #72239PeterMemberYour site seems to be redirecting me to other sites.
Have you been hacked?
I enabled debugging. If paypal testing is “yes” will that prevent any possible sales from processing?
Yes it will prevent “live” sales but will allows test/sandbox sales.
January 8, 2016 at 11:20 am #72240dtrainMemberNo, I haven’t been hacked. I can open my site in different browsers and was able to make a transaction in the paypal sandbox using the link I made for you. The transaction completed in paypal and I was redirected to my site. I did not receive a notification of the transaction from the plugin.
I disabled debugging.
January 8, 2016 at 12:56 pm #72241PeterMemberSeems like you have quite an old version of the plugin.
Please install the latest version which you can get from here:

January 8, 2016 at 11:15 pm #72242dtrainMemberCool. I updated and made a transaction. Looks good. The transaction went through and appears in the “Orders”.
However, I didn’t receive a seller notification nor a shipped notification. Email may be slow, but at least the order is registered. I’ll search the forum for the possible email issue if it persists. Thanks!

February 16, 2016 at 2:46 am #72244SkutlaMemberHi
I have exactly the same problem.
Orders is only showing 2011-2015, no 2016.
I am receiving payments and notifications through Paypal, but no email notifications from the plugin.
I am running version 2.0.7
I am in the middle of selling photos from an event so unable to add a testing gallery etc.
Any ideas?
Many thanks
February 16, 2016 at 3:35 am #72245PeterMemberThese two issues are not related:
1) “Orders is only showing 2011-2015, no 2016.”
2) “I am receiving payments and notifications through Paypal, but no email notifications from the plugin.”
The first one is minor and trivial so let’s address the second one.
Can you provide the link to your site’s gallery page?
Can you check the following settings in your paypal account:
Log in to your paypal acct and go to “Website Payment Preferences”.
What are your settings set to for the following?
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer (optional)” (we recommend you enable this)
3) Find the “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” setting. Is it enabled? If not please enable this feature.
Do you have debug enabled for the photo seller?
If not please enable it from the settings menu.
Did you do a test purchase before going live and did it successfully complete?
Are any orders at all showing in the photo seller orders menu page or are all transactions not being processed by the photo seller?

MY answers to your questions:
Can you provide the link to your site’s gallery page?
http://www.mandylamont.com.au/events/
Can you check the following settings in your paypal account:
The paypal account is being used to receive payments from 2 different websites, so I can’t enter urls.
Paypal says this:
In the PayPal account there can only be one return URL set. This is a global setting meaning it will be used when no other value is submitted. Most shopping carts submit their own return URL with the checkout. This value will be used rather than the one set up in the account. It is therefore no problem to run more than one shop through a PayPal account.
Do you have debug enabled for the photo seller?
Do you mean enable logging? If so, yes this is enabled.
Did you do a test purchase before going live and did it successfully complete?
Yes purchases are successfully going through paypal when I was testing and now that it is live – but no notifications by email or in the Photo Seller Reports at all.
Are any orders at all showing in the photo seller orders menu page or are all transactions not being processed by the photo seller?
None.
Many thanks. Hope you can help.
February 17, 2016 at 2:44 am #72247PeterMemberYou didn’t tell me whether these paypal settings are enabled:
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer (optional)” (we recommend you enable this)
3) Find the “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” setting. Is it enabled? If not please enable this feature.
If the above are not enabled please enable them.
Just leave return URL value to the current one because the photo seller will override it when it sends a transaction to paypal.
After you confirm the above paypal settings, can you please set up a live gallery with price of $0.01 and i will make a purchase and then check the photo seller logs. (you can set a password for the gallery if you like – just let me know what it is)
February 17, 2016 at 7:04 am #72248PeterMemberIt might be easier if I jump on your site to take a closer look – I will send you an email.
