KeymasterDoes the debug log file show that the plugin sent the email to the buyer (I am pretty sure it did since you got the seller one).
You likely have the following issue on your site:

Have not done any changes and now the email not been sent. Sometimes it work and sometimes only buyers get there email and the other way around?
Have been trying to get a update for the plugin but no answer from contact when i don´t use the emailadress i registrated the buy with.
This is frustrated and irritable and bad for business because customers lose confidence so would be extremely grateful for quick help!

Can you enable debug for the photo seller?
After you do that can you please provide a link to your gallery so I can try a test purchase?
Regarding downloads:
You can get the plugin download automatically:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/automatic-update-request
Naturally you will need to enter the correct info if you want it to work.
Just in case, I have sent you a zip file via email manually.

As i wrote earlier the e-mail not working anymore, gallerskalle.se not valid anymore and i need to get the updates for a another instead: [email removed]
