    Hi Vicki,

For the shipping… just set a flat shipping rate, and then on all of your physical products choose a super low shipping rate (example: 0.01). The reason being… only products in the cart that have an actual shipping rate will trigger the flat shipping amount to be included.

Using a super low amount will not increase the flat rate, but will just ensure that it is included. Hope that makes sense.

When I do this I use: $0.01 for the shipping amount value for each physical product.

More details on the documentation here:

    http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/how-the-shipping-cost-calculation-works-in-wordpress-estore-50

For the tax… yes, if you are using PayPal, setting it up in there will be best.

    Here’s a tutorial/video: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/setup-regional-sales-tax-in-paypal-6506

eStore will work with the regional tax you set in your PayPal account profile:

    Hope that helps!

The plugin always instantly sends the email as soon as it receives the payment confirmation message from the payment gateway.

Unfortunately emails aren’t always instant. There are many factors in play when sending an email. If it’s consistently sending 24 hours later then there might be another issue.

The following checklist can be very useful:

That’s an image that is used.

If you have some CSS knowledge then you could apply borders by adding some custom CSS too.

    Hi there.

First try deactivating it and then reactivate it to see if the error persists.

If so, grab a new version:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

.. and then either upload using the WordPress upload plugin option, or if by FTP, be certain that you upload in binary mode.

Hi, be sure that you have the “Flowplayer” checkbox enabled in the settings.

Also, it won’t hurt to get the latest version of the plugins.

    Please do the following:

    1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).

    2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

    3. Upload and activate them.

Let me know how it goes.

p.s. Has anything been changed/upgraded on the site recently? Use of caching plugins, anything like that?

For now you might want to use:

    [wp_eStore_product_details id=1 info=”name”]

I know it’s not ideal because you have to have a separate line for each product (unless you write a custom loop).. plus there’s no link… but it could get you a little closer to your goal.

Mre details on this shortcode here:

October 3, 2013 at 7:19 pm in reply to: Photo Seller – Checkout using PayPal Payments Advanced #58106
    Keith

There is an upgrade for WP eStore that provides support for PayPal Payment Advanced: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-payment-gateway-bundle-plugin

So… the option to include it into WP Photo Seller may come to be with sufficient requests.

But out of the box, no it doesn’t.

A better answer may still come, I just wanted to give a quick answer in the meantime.

    Hi Dawn,

Have you tried putting the short code in a div with text-align set to center, or were you hoping for a different way?

I’m unable to duplicate that issue here.

I switch to the Text editor and then type in multiple lines, pressing Enter between each one…

Then when I view the creative it looks like expected, without HTML.

If you don’t have any custom mods, maybe grab the latest version?

Otherwise perhaps I’m missing something :)

Or maybe you have another plugin that is modifying the behavior of the WordPress editor?

    Hi JB,

Downloads that are available to you based on your past purchases will be available here:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/download-addons.php

Click the Show Available Addons buttons so the system could look you up.

September 28, 2013 at 7:25 pm in reply to: Subscribers register but do not confirm to GetResponse. Still, they get access #58029

    Hi Eric,

While the plugin “talks” to GetResponse to add a contact, I don’t believe GetResponse communicates back letting the plugin know that they confirmed.

There would have to be constant communication (for opt-outs as well) and I’m not sure the API allows for that.

Maybe the admin will provide a better answer but I think that’s the best one unfortunately.

You might just have to manually approve people after you see that they are opted in (if thats what you require).

    Hello…

During the coupon creation process you can set it up with conditions.

Example… this coupon only works when “Item Name” is equal to (or contains) ____

Look for “Conditions (optional)” below the “Add a Coupon” section in the Manage Coupons/Discounts screen.

I’m not familiar with listwire, but it might just be that they don’t currently allow signups by email.

I ran into a similar issue with inboxair. Fortunately they are coding it in so we can use it that way.

Unfortunately it’s not always so easy to explain when asking a company if they do or will support that feature.

What I ended up doing was saying:

Do you have a feature that supports sign up by email much like your competitor AWeber does?

    https://help.aweber.com/entries/21707567-How-Can-Someone-Subscribe-to-My-List-By-Email-

If they still need further clarification for what you mean say…

We have a web application (WP eStore from Tips & Tricks HQ) that silently sends an email to a particular “list” email address. The “from” email from that email will be added to the list that that particular email address is attached to.

Again, AWeber already does this out of the box and it only costs $1 to start working with them: https://help.aweber.com/entries/21707567-How-Can-Someone-Subscribe-to-My-List-By-Email-

    :)

As long as the .htaccess file is writable, after changing permalinks, that file should be updated and things should work smoothly..

I know that answer isn’t specific to Photo Seller, but I’m not sure it has to be :)

    Let me know.
