I just found out… the customer ID can be changed to be non-editable from the Authorize.net merchant account profile… thanks.
I sorted it out…
since I was testing product purchases over and over it was getting annoying entering in all of the customer data over and over in the Auth form… so… I used RoboForm to save the info… well.. I also saved the “Customer ID” and ended up overwriting the random one that gets created… I have to ask… WHY is that field even editable on the Auth form!! makes no sense…
anyway… it turns out it’s not an issue with the plugin.. my fault entirely… sheesh… but if you could answer why the customer ID is editable that would be helpful..

it gets added yes… since I have been having the issues I installed the latest version (I grabbed a fresh copy from the server yesterday)
