Subscribers register but do not confirm to GetResponse. Still, they get access

I have setup GetResponse with eMember and it’s working fine. They confirm there eMember Registration, but not the getResponse registration (the email they receive after). How can I configure it so that they will not have access until they confirm GetResponse Optin ?

Hi Eric,

While the plugin “talks” to GetResponse to add a contact, I don’t believe GetResponse communicates back letting the plugin know that they confirmed.

There would have to be constant communication (for opt-outs as well) and I’m not sure the API allows for that.

Maybe the admin will provide a better answer but I think that’s the best one unfortunately.

You might just have to manually approve people after you see that they are opted in (if thats what you require).
