Hi Eddie, There are two shopping carts. The free one which is the Simple Paypal Shopping Cart and the paid one WP eStore. You can use Paypal based shipping with both carts. Please see the following post for more information on this.

Hi Eddie, You can find this option under ‘Paypal settings’ in the ‘Payment Gateway Setting Tab’ (this can be found at the top of eStore setting page).

Hi, Can you please try reinstalling the plugin. Making sure to deactivate the plugin before deleting it, then reinstall the plugin and activate.
Is this the eStore or the Simple Paypal Shopping Cart?

Hi, After you hit delete you should see the following sentence at the top of the page ‘Do you really want to delete this Product? This action cannot be undone. Yes No!’ You need to click yes and it will delete the product. You do not need to hit the save button after the delete button.

The (,) is there to septate the products when you have more then one product purchased. The(.) Is there to end the sentence. You will notice this also happens with the ID Number.

Hi,
1.) To delete a product you need to go to the ‘Manage Products Menu’ select edit for the product you want to delete and at the bottom of the edit page you will see a button that says delete product.
2.) There is not a light box effect for individual product. There is however a globe setting in the setting menu (Enable Lightbox effect on Images)you can turn this off by unchecking the box.

Hi, 1.) The information is from paypal (IPN) this information should be there and you do not need to do anything with the information from Paypal. Note: This information is not sent to the buyer.
2.) Do you see the follow “{first_name} {last_name}” in the email to your customer? These brackets need to be in the email for it to display this information correctly.

Hi, A file name should only have Hyphens (-) and Underscores (_). Non alpha or numeric characters in a file name can cause problems with the encrypted download link.
