I have the same problem, Ivy – when I try to change a member’s information in the Manage Members tab, I get this error: Catchable fatal error: Object of class __PHP_Incomplete_Class could not be converted to string in /hermes/web05/b2285/moo.surveysmith/simplemealplan/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 473

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated!

This issue was resolved a while back so you shouldn’t be getting this. Does the member details save fine even to your get this error? Are you using the WordPress user integration feature? Does it happen on any member details that you try to update or just a particular user?

Hi – we imported all of our users into the membership software. the error comes up on all of our members when trying to modify them. My personal membership was somehow automatically upgraded when I was testing an eStore purchase and I lost the ability to log into the site – No Membership Level found for the user. We offer products for sale for our members and I need to be sure this doesn’t happen across the board.

I was trying to fix the level from our other administrative level and am getting the catchable error. it’s also asking for the user password info when changing a level – is there a way to bypass that without changing the member’s password?

I appreciate you help. If you need site access, please let me know.
