Can download files/digital products have spaces, hyphens, brackets, dashes and other characters in their file names?

Or will it mess up the encryption on download links?

Hi, A file name should only have Hyphens (-) and Underscores (_). Non alpha or numeric characters in a file name can cause problems with the encrypted download link.
