I am not receiving email notifications of sales from wp estore. I have run a test purchase and all works fine except for this.
Thanks
Kay
October 6, 2012 at 11:52 pm #50101IvyMemberUpdate: The following post has all the email troubleshooting info:
I have a feeling that your PayPal IPN is not setup correctly so the payment notifications are not reaching the eStore plugin. Please check this post and verify for me that your PayPal IPN is working correctly:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/what-to-do-if-the-debug-file-is-empty
After the IPN issue is fixed, the emails should start to work automatically. If it doesn’t then we will move to checking the email issue you on your server. The following post has a very useful checklist to fix that issue:

Meanwhile here’s the ipn handle debug log file
Thanks

October 9, 2012 at 3:17 am #50103adminKeymasterThank you for the debug. I can verify that the plugin is definitely sending the emails. The email is getting lost somewhere between your server and the inbox. Please go through this checklist which should help you identify where the real issue is:
October 21, 2012 at 1:59 pm #50104kaygillMemberHi, I’ve gone through the check list & still am not receiving emails. Any more ideas?
October 22, 2012 at 1:49 am #50105adminKeymasterWere you using a different hosting/server when the email was working? (refer to your following post):
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/duplicate-emails-being-sent
Basically, this email issue that you are seeing at the moment is outside of eStore plugin since the plugin did send the email correctly. In most cases when I have seen this… it has always turned out to be an issue somewhere on the server. Here are some examples:
Do you get any email from your WordPress site? For example when someone leaves a comment on your blog? Did you get email when you send an email via the email tester plugin mentioned in the checklist?
