I’m having a weird problem. I created a 7th product (Product ID) added the details. So 6 and 7 are related products and want to display both on a page. When I add the sixth product using the short code [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=6] by itself it works. Displays everything fine, however when I add the next one [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=7] it not only doesn’t show the first one, but it also doesn’t show the 7th product as well. I tried everything, using different short codes even the extended version with the plug-in installed. I tried deleting and re-adding the product. Nothing. Any info would help, thanks.

Also, which version of eStore are you using?
Which version of WP have you got?

Wordpress version 3.4.1
Plug-in version: Stable tag: 5.7.7 (I think, this is what I got from the readme file). Purchased plug-in early 2012.
On the page I have this:
[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=6]
[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=8]
When I add the second one [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=8] both don’t show up. If I just add [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=6], it shows up fine.
I’ve tried adding another product besides 8 and it works fine, but for some reason from 8 on it doesn’t work. (It used to be 7 until I deleted the product and added it again it became .
August 30, 2012 at 4:50 am #48807PeterMemberAs a first step, can you please deactivate and delete your current version of eStore and download the latest version by following these instructions:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
Then check the behaviour and if the problem persists, please do the following tests to see if you have a theme or plugin conflict:

August 30, 2012 at 6:57 pm #48808vae50MemberWill deleting the installing the plug-in delete all the products I’ve already added, settings and etc?
August 30, 2012 at 8:57 pm #48809vae50MemberI was able to find the problem. When I deactivated the Extra Shortcodes for WP eStore plug-in it worked after that. Thank you for the support.
August 31, 2012 at 12:16 am #48810IvyMemberNo you will not lose your settings if you delete the plugin.
You should not have to deactivate the Extra Shortcodes Plugin for the eStore to work. This plugin is made to work with the eStore.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of the Extra Shortcodes plugin.
