IvyMemberHi, Can you please do a test transaction with the debug on? This will help us troubleshoot this issue. Can you please post the debug information once this is done.

IvyMemberHi, Yes this is possible. You will need to set the $97 as the trail period (Make sure to specify how long you want the trial period e.g 1 day, 7 days and so on). After the trial period ends it will charge them $10 per month (you need to put this information in the “Recurring Billing Amount”). You can find these settings under the “Add/Edit” products menu and then go to “Subscription/Recurring Payment Specific Settings” option.

IvyMemberHi, Yes if you are using the eStore with the eMember plugin. When a subscription is canceled Paypal will send information to the eStore and the subscription will be stopped.

IvyMemberHi, Your hosting company will need to check if the PHP session is turned on and configured properly. This should only take them a few minutes to check. Did you double check that the URL is correct for the Add to Cart image? You can do this by pasting the URL in a browser the image should load if it is correct?
What version of eStore are you using?
