Lightbox Not Working

So in the setting I have clicked the checkbox to use lightbox. On may page lightbox does not work at all. I took a look at the code and it does not seem to load lightbox nor does it a rel=lightbox to the images. Not sure whats wrong please help.

This happens when you have another lightbox management plugin which is overriding what eStore is doing. if you look at the HTML code then you will see all the URL of your thumbnails are similar to the following?

/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/ponytail.jpg

There is no other lightbox plugin installed. So what could be the problem?

When I use the MOV Video Display with Lightbox Special with a .mov file so I can get instant streaming the play and pause buttons aren’t displayed. They only display on .mp4 and .flv files, is this normal?
