IvyMemberHi,
It looks like the “Enable Transaction Result Display” was not checked so it was not showing the links on the thank you page. I checked this option and everything is working fine now.
IvyMemberHi, We will need to take a closer look at what is happening on your site. I will send you a site access request via email. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
IvyMemberHi, We just added the PDT method about 5 days ago, as PayPal’s new enhanced checkout is no longer sending back the data that is needed for the eStore to display the links on the “Thank you page”. Before the PDT method you had to have Auto Redirect turned off.
When using the PDT it requires you to have “Auto Return” on.
The comments above only apply if you are not using PDT.
You can read more about the PayPal enhanced checkout issue here:

IvyMemberHi D’vorah, I will send you an email regarding the Affiliate License and we will also need to take a look at what is happening on your site so I will include a site access request.
We just released eStore with PDT (version 4.3.4) about 2 nights ago. I am pretty sure you need an update. The following post will explain more about how updates work:
Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
IvyMemberHi, 777 permissions are a huge security risk for your site. You should never use 777 permissions. Also many servers block files that have 777 permissions from being accessed because of the security risk they run. You can read more about file permissions here:

As for the 500 internal error the following post will give you a little more information on how to fix this issue:

IvyMemberHi, I sent you updates for your other plugins as well. This should get you up to date for all the plugins
IvyMemberHi, I have sent you an eMember update via email. Once you install the update please go to the “eMember Settings Menu” and click the tab at the top called “Pages Settings”. In this tab you can customize the registration and profile forms. Please make sure to check the zipcode option.
Let me know if you do not receive the update I have emailed you.
IvyMemberHi, It looks like the border is coming from the following file:
http://gooberguides.com/wpgg/wp-content/themes/constructor/cache/style1.css?ver=3.0.1
From this CSS code:
textarea {
background-color:#5D6163;
border-color:#AAAAAA;
color:#333333;
}
IvyMemberHi Rick, Both comments and track backs have no affect on the eStore. This would be fully a personal choice if you want to use these options.
Comments and trackbacks are a very good way to get people to interact with your site and spread the word. These also have many other benefits such as
Comments: keep your site active and Google likes this.
Trackbacks Backs: Are also used by Google to help determine page ranking and site trust. The more sites you have linking back to you the more Google Trusts you (There are 200+ things Google looks at when figuring out Page and Search Engine Ranking).
IvyMemberHi Magus, I will send you an email regarding the bundle pricing
IvyMemberHi, Sorry about that The following post will explain the error that is happening:
Let’s try one more thing after you read the above post about the error you are receiving.
But first a few questions.
1. What version of the plugin are you using?
2. Do you have the OZH’ Admin Drop Down Menu installed on your site?
Please try uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it as mentioned in the above post I linked to.
IvyMemberHi Mindi, I will talk to Amin about this to see if this can be done. Thanks for the suggestion we always appreciate customer input.
